Meetings with the departments to identify data sources for each KPI, deciding data responsibilities, creating a cloud and in-house architecture for dev, pre-prod, and prod environments.

Analyzed the requirements for an IMF-sponsored project for the Mali government, to enable regional finance departments to meet the central financial team’s compliance requirements. Proposed several functional enhancements to the existing financial reporting system and sourced a team of developers within tight budget constraints to develop the enhancements (based on MS Dynamics ERP).
